The Barrabool Hills Music Team is a diverse group of musicians and song leaders who seek to lead the church into a meaningful and authentic time of worship. The team seeks to be a family united by love for The Lord, love for each other, and love for the church.

The Music Team loves to use their musical gifts to serve and glorify God, no matter what age. Team members are aged between 14 and 80, with a wide range of musical talents. Each has a strong heart to serve God using the gifts He’s given them.

Rehearsals are generally held on Thursday evenings at the church, in preparation for the Sunday services. Some rehearsal nights also include team building, technical training, and bible study.

Our Music Team includes a strong focus on contemporary praise and worship, suited particularly to youth ministry. Teens and young adults are very strongly represented in our team, and we are keen to encourage and develop their musical talents.

The team also includes mature age musicians, many of whom have continued to serve the music ministry team for over 30 years. They’ve shown a strong commitment to supporting and encouraging our younger musicians. It’s always encouraging to see such a wide range of musicians working together to glorify God.
